You already know which hospitals need this.

Whatever you hand a hospital is only as good as what happens to it after you leave. Refer the facilities team to Ruya and your work stays findable and current, the next visit does not start over, and if it turns into a contract you are paid the day after your client pays.

Why send them to Ruya

You walk the building and write up what you found. Or you hand over the as-builts at closeout. Or you sit with the team and tell them what to fix. Then you leave, and eighteen months later nobody can say which version of anything is current, half of what you flagged is still open, and you are the one rebuilding the picture from scratch.

A referral fixes the part you cannot fix from the outside. Once the facilities team is on Ruya, the building keeps its own record. Whatever you hand over lands on the building instead of in a binder, what you flagged is tracked until it is closed, and the next engagement starts where the last one ended.

Two things worth knowing. We do architectural surveys and space utilization updates, whether as part of setting a building up or as work on its own. Life safety floor plan updates we contract out, so if that is your work, say so when you write.

I spent six years inside hospital facilities before I built Ruya, and I run every first demo myself, so your client is never handed to a sales rep with your name on the introduction. You hear how it went either way, whether or not anything comes of it.

What you get

Your work stops going stale.

Whatever you hand over, whether that is findings, records or plans, lands on the building itself instead of in a folder nobody opens again. When they call you back, you start from what is actually there.

Your recommendation proves itself.

Your client is not waiting a year to find out whether it was any good. One building goes into Ruya and they can see it for themselves.

Paid the day after your client pays.

If the introduction becomes a signed contract, you are paid. We agree in writing what it is worth to you before anything is signed. When their payment reaches our account, yours goes out the next day.

The follow up comes from me.

It takes more than one message to get a facilities director’s attention. Every one of them comes from me, so the person carrying your introduction is the same one who ran the demo.

Start with one introduction.

Pick one facilities director you already trust. Tell them what Ruya does, or send them here. I run the demo myself, and you hear how it went whether or not it goes anywhere.

  • Twenty minutes, with the founder, not a sales rep
  • Their own building, not a canned demo
  • You hear the outcome either way
